The NCTLC has been providing quality education to our peers for many years. As is the case with many businesses and organizations, we face a damaged economy that has caused hard times for nearly everyone; certainly our industry is no exception. Hard times...yes they are hard times. But, that understood, we have developed a plan that will make us successful and turn them into a time to achieve and survive in the form of meeting our financial and educational goals, rather than giving up. We won't give up! And together I know we will succeed!

How? I'm glad you asked! Things must change, and this process has begun, with the NCTLC headed in a New Direction, and WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!

The NEW Mini Series classes introduced last year were a hit. Look for some of the classes to be repeated this year, and many new training opportunities will be added. These series are great in that they are participatory, only take up half of your day, provide quality training, and you will even receive a certificate for your participation. We will also be adding fun activities to the "Hands On" Irrigation and Equipment Show in Livermore in September 2010, opening up certain series to the public, showing off our new Newsletter on our re-vamped website, changing other classes and a whole lot more!

Please help us by becoming a board member, attending our classes, spreading the word that we're the best, and providing us feedback for what you need. And...hurry to register for our BEST event yet... The Day On The Green 2010 at Wente Vineyards in Livermore, California.
