Five steps from signed agreement to a live, organized listing
From signed listing agreement to a complete, organized active-listing file.
-
01
Submit the listing
You send the signed listing agreement, seller contact info, property details, target launch date, brokerage requirements, and any existing documents.
-
02
NCTLC builds the file
NCTLC creates the checklist, organizes required documents, tracks disclosures, sets deadlines, and identifies missing items.
-
03
Coordinates launch tasks
Photos, sign, lockbox, showing instructions, seller reminders, and vendor appointments are tracked in one place.
-
04
Listing goes live
Once the broker-approved information is ready, NCTLC supports the MLS launch process where permitted and confirms the file is complete.
-
05
Keeps it organized
Showing feedback, seller updates, active-listing changes, and accepted-offer documents are organized for a smooth handoff into TC.
You stay the listing agent of record; NCTLC runs the back office
The listing-to-close handoff
Buy the Listing + TC Bundle ($699 total) and the same file runs from listing prep through closing without a re-intake step — same file ID, same record, same point of contact.
If your listing terminates without converting to a contract, the listing-portion fee at launch is still earned per the signed service agreement; the TC-portion fee never bills.
- Phase 1
At launch — $299 due
Phase 0 (Listing Launch) starts. NCTLC runs the full Listing Launch Standard scope: intake, disclosures, vendor scheduling, MLS launch admin. The listing-portion fee is invoiced at listing-live confirmation.
- Phase 2
During the listing window
NCTLC tracks showing feedback, logs offers as they come in, sends weekly seller updates, and coordinates any active-listing changes (price, copy, status) with broker-approval evidence on file.
- Phase 3
At executed contract — $400 due
When you accept an offer, the file converts to seller-side TC automatically on the same record. Phase 0 closes; Phases 1–10 of contract-to-close TC begin. The TC-portion fee is invoiced at executed contract.
- Phase 4
Through closing
Same file, same point of contact, same checklist running end-to-end. No re-intake, no duplicate paperwork, no handoff between vendors.
NCTLC provides listing coordination as administrative support for licensed real estate agents and brokerages. You remain responsible for pricing, listing strategy, seller advice, MLS accuracy, advertising approval, negotiations, and brokerage compliance. NCTLC organizes, tracks, coordinates, and documents the listing process. MLS submissions are made only from broker-supplied data; NCTLC does not solicit listings, prepare promotional materials, advise on pricing, or negotiate listing terms.
