High volume

Team Operations Support

High-volume agents, teams, and brokerages can move from per-file pricing to a custom monthly plan covering ongoing listing coordination, transaction management, and operational support across all your files—priced to your volume. The Team Retainer ($2,500/mo) is the standard starting point; brokerage and multi-agent plans are quoted to scope.

What's NOT included

Clear boundaries protect you. These limitations are features, not limitations.

  • Legal advice or contract interpretation
  • Pricing, listing strategy, or negotiation
  • Brokerage supervision or compliance decisions
  • Drafting or modifying legal terms
  • Advertising claims or listing copy
  • Client representation in any capacity

If a question touches legal, pricing, or negotiation territory, NCTLC escalates it to you immediately. In writing. Every time.

Pricing FAQ

Six quick answers

Is pay-at-closing available on every tier?

Standard TC, Dual-Side TC, the Listing + TC Bundle, and Listing Launch Standard / Rush are all eligible when the closing attorney can deduct from closing proceeds. Listing Launch Lite has limited eligibility (no closing-attorney involvement until contract). File Review is paid up front since there is no closing.

What happens if a transaction terminates? Refunds or cancellation?

If a deal terminates before closing, you only owe for work delivered to date—there's no full-fee charge for failed transactions. You can cancel a file at any time; partial fees may apply if material work is already complete. Specifics live in the Master Service Agreement.

Can you list my home for me as the listing agent?

No. NCTLC is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent sellers. Listing Coordination is administrative support for licensed agents and brokerages. The agent of record stays in that role; NCTLC organizes the launch and keeps the file moving.

Do you submit listings to the MLS yourself?

Only from broker-supplied data, and only where the brokerage authorizes assistant-level MLS access. NCTLC does not write listing copy, set or recommend price, or make advertising claims. Broker review precedes publication.

How fast is rush turnaround?

Listing Launch Rush targets 1 business day to live, given complete materials. Standard TC offers same-day file intake; rush file setup under 24 hours is +$100. Turnarounds depend on broker, vendor, and seller responsiveness on missing items.

What's never included, on any tier?

Legal advice, contract interpretation, pricing recommendations, listing or negotiation strategy, advertising-claim approval, brokerage compliance decisions, or representing clients in any capacity. Anything that touches those areas escalates to you in writing every time.
